Toussaint was born to a humble family in Rwanda. Toussaint’s family faced significant financial constraints, which made it difficult to attend school for Toussaint and his siblings. When he was nine years old, Toussaint’s father passed away. Not only did their family lose their father, but they also lost the family’s sole provider. Toussaint’s family has, at times, struggled to afford basic necessities. Since his father’s death, his mother struggled to afford school fees. Luckily, Toussaint and his siblings were able to finish secondary school. While it has often been difficult, Toussaint shared the experiences his family faced has shaped them to work hard, rely on faith, and to “find joy in every situation.” 

Driven by his hard work, Toussaint is now studying Software Engineering at Mount Kigali University. Toussaint dreams of becoming a successful programmer and website developer. Toussaint is passionate about supporting younger generations and hopes to encourage the development of digital skills in youth. 

In his free time, Toussaint enjoys reading, playing soccer, being with friends and family, and helping those in need.
