JOURNEY

    • February 9, 2019 – When asked to define servant leadership, how that applies to his life now, and his future career, Dondo said: “Servant leadership is serving beyond self interest and minding the interest of the people you are serving, without expecting any reward from them. Servant leadership is applied in my life now especially through my community impact project, which is to mentor and equip high school students with principles of highly effective people so that they can be empowered and serve their communities.”
    • November 19, 2018 – Dondo wants to be known for having been a pen which writes happiness and also an eraser which erased pain from people’s hearts! He hopes his life creates hope and joy for those who feel hopeless!

Dondo’S CIRCLE

BIO

Growing up in Burundi, Dondo feels as if he has never seen a truly peaceful environment. But even after losing his brother several years ago, he still has hope that a “group of thoughtful people can make the whole world a better place to live.”

Knowing the world is driven by a combination of  business and politics, Dondo has chosen to pursue a degree in International Relations to fulfill his goal of bringing peace and prosperity to his country. He is excited to bring his strong moral compass into this field, encouraging positive relationships within and  between countries, and building businesses in a socially-conscious way.

Dondo loves singing with his church choir and also spends his free time mentoring high school students.
