Bio

Alphonse likes to ponder how things work, and has the heart of an engineer. He is especially intrigued by issues of water management. Obviously, water is vital to all of us, but proper management and use is even more significant in Africa. Alphonse hopes to one day be able to provide inexpensive and safe water to Rwanda.
